Why "responsible for" kills a bullet

It describes a job description, not a person. Everyone who's held that seat was responsible for the same things.

Start with a verb that shows what you did. Built, cut, shipped, migrated, negotiated. The sentence gets shorter and stronger in one move.

Numbers, when you have them

"Improved reporting" is a claim. "Cut reporting from 2 days to 4 hours" is evidence. That's the whole difference.
