A repost can fake a "posted 1 hour ago" timestamp but it cannot reset the fact that the same role was first seen weeks earlier, so effective age is measured from our own sighting. The same pair reappearing three or more times across 21 days is treated as an evergreen ghost and dropped. Past 30 days a posting is watchlist-only, past 60 it is dead. Placeholder descriptions are dropped too.
Across 528 postings collected in July 2026, a reachable human contact could be resolved on only 219. Just 7 carried an explicit hiring signal. Applications are not spent on the rest.
The public board at /jobs is free and needs no account. Paste a LinkedIn profile URL and it returns roles posted in the last day, matched against that profile, with a mailbox-verified hiring email where a real inbox exists and a direct link to whoever posted the role where one does not. Published addresses are preferred over guesses, any guessed address is verified deliverable before it is shown, and generic careers@ and talent@ inboxes are never guessed at all.
